The Nature of Handmade

Thank you for choosing artisan-made!  As with anything handmade, products may vary slightly in color and/or size.    

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days.  Tracking information will be emailed to customers as soon as the package is on it's way.  

 

 

 

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it (like-new condition only) within 30 days by emailing hello@shopthemission.com . 

Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of purchase or receipt of the package. 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@mangoandmain.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
